CNC machining, also known as computer-controlled milling, CNCCH, or numerical control machine tools, is a precision machining technology that uses computer-controlled digital technology. The main equipment includes lathes, milling machines, and boring and milling machines, characterized by stable machining quality and high precision.

This technology controls machine tool movement through G-code programming, and automatically generates programs by reading CAD files using CAM software. Repetitive machining operations are handled using subroutines. Huazhong CNC's five-axis machining center and five-axis milling-turning composite product package have achieved internationally advanced levels of machining accuracy and efficiency. Its Huazhong 10 intelligent CNC system embeds AI chips and AI large-scale models, achieving a machining efficiency improvement of over 10%. This system has been used in collaboration with companies such as Qinchuan Machine Tool to develop intelligent machine tool prototypes and is being used in the 3C industry to support five-axis drilling and tapping centers and multi-station polishing machine tools, further deepening the application of AI process optimization and digital twin technology.
